The Mountain Hardwear Caelum Dome™ is a snug-fitting Merino wool skull cap designed for alpine climbing, skiing, and cold-weather pursuits that require a helmet. Its low-profile construction fits comfortably beneath protective headgear, providing warmth without unnecessary bulk.
Made from 100% Merino wool with a soft polyester fleece headband, this technical beanie combines natural odor resistance with a comfortable fit. A large embroidered Mountain Hardwear nut logo, accompanied by embroidered MHW lettering, provides a suitably conspicuous finishing detail.
Wear it beneath a helmet on a multi-pitch climb or on its own while waiting for the ski lift. Either arrangement is perfectly acceptable. Frostbitten ears are considerably less so.
