EXT. TENNIS COURT — EARLY EVENING

The Village PM 2PM White/Lime is a technical skateboard shoe with an angular profile, synthetic leather construction, and soft climbing rubber wrapped around the forefoot. The white-and-lime colourway makes the whole operation considerably less anonymous.

Village PM’s Rubber Glove Technology uses soft, sticky natural rubber manually wrapped around the foot. It isn’t vulcanized or a cupsole. The construction is designed for a quick break-in, consistent flick, and a precise fit that stays close through the life of the shoe.

Asymmetrical Precision Fit 2 follows the natural shape of the foot, wrapping closely around the toes with slightly more room through the metatarsal area than the 1PM. Up front, the angular toe box mirrors the outsole and creates a defined visual reference point at the toe.

The hand-wrapped rubber rand covers the forefoot, then extends over the eyestay to form a rubber lace cover. This keeps the laces protected from abrasion. They have been assigned a safer desk job.

Two pull tabs sit on either side of the heel for easier entry. Underfoot, a durable rubber outsole is designed to break in quickly and incorporates a heel-cup zone at the rear, with branding running from front to back.

Fit is mostly true to size, though wider feet may find the 2PM snug. Village PM recommends going up half a size when in doubt.
