Ace Trucks™ — Born from a pure love of skateboarding, Ace Trucks was founded in 2007 by Joey Tershay and Steve “Shrewgy” Ruge, two lifelong skaters with decades of experience. Their mission? To design the best-performing skateboard trucks by focusing on unmatched turning power, strong construction, and a timeless feel.  

As part of Mesa Distribution, which has headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA and Barcelona, Spain, Ace continues to thrive as a skater-driven company that prioritizes innovation and community. In 2017, Joey Pulsifer joined the team, bringing fresh ideas that helped push product strength and function to the next level.

One of their most influential products is the AF1 (released in 2021), which the brand touts as “the strongest cast truck on earth” — thanks to an advanced casting process that boosts structural integrity. Ace doesn’t just make one style: their lineup includes classic cast trucks, low-height trucks, and hollow designs, all crafted for different board setups and riding vibes.
