Alien Workshop was formed in the autumn of 1990 by Chris Carter, Mike Hill, and Neil Blender, near Dayton, Ohio with a sect like mindset and attitude. Their headquarters is located outside of Dayton, OH in a de-commissioned nuclear bunker facility.
